www.autoslash.com. Simply book the best price that you see on their site in the car category that you wish to rent in. Thereafter, the site will automatically and continually search for a better price or specials and coupons on its own, even at rental car companies that are not included in their original list of available sites, and when a better price is found, autoslash will either A) book you at the better price automatically if said better price is with the same rental car company that you are already booked with or B) send you an alert E-mail with the better price and the name of the rental car company that has the better price and ask you to respond if you want to switch to new rental car company. I have used autoslash.com in many cities and many states and although I do search on my own as well thereafter, autoslash.com is always my first step when looking to rent a car.
