I also saw the 20/20 segment on Friday night & was shocked at the treatment by the security people; the 3 videos were recorded in Aug 2012, Sept & Nov 2013. Wonder what took so long for this to come to the public?
I stay mostly at Harrah's Atlantic City twice a month or more & hardly ever saw security even stopping all the disorderly drunk patrons on the Pool Party Nights and wish they would've at least calmed them down and kept them off casino areas just sitting at machines drinking and smoking tying up the machines, ; mainly near Exhibition Bar. Never thought they would treat patrons the way shown in those dreadful videos.
