Yes, that would be an example of a reasonable error. However sending a mail promotion for 3x on all machines for seniors and then denying that promotion once the customer goes to the casino is mail fraud and also probably targeting the elderly population many of which no longer have the visual and mental skills of their youth. 3x on all machines is a typical promotion. Now if it said 300x, that would clearly be a misprint. 30x would be borderline, I have seen 30x, but it is rare and also likely to be a misprint. But 3x is very common, it's only slightly better than 2x and pales in comparison to the better 7x and 10x promotions.
