I received the play $20 or $30 and get $5 dollar from LVH by e-mail. But after I play what the e-mail said, the machine always can not give me free play. So I have to go to the play club to ask them help. Some one in the club know this is their system problem will credit this $5 for you. If some one there just say " can you show your e-mail" or just say sorry. This happened there several months for me. Any one have better solutions?
