Bank has been moved over by the smelly oyster bar by front entrance. They have green faceplates.

I didn't check every machine, but it looks like the 9/6 BPX does not exist anymore at the Suncoast. There was one bank outside the high limit room (towards the sportsbook) that was 9/6 last week, but are now all 8/5.
