I can't say that the Palms policy is still as it was about 18 months ago, but at that time they ALLOWED the same card to be used in 2 machines. In fact if player A is playing two machines and player B wishes to play one of A's machines, Palms did not REQUIRE that A relinquish one of the two machines. They had that rule for at least several years and probably still have it today.
