We don't usually link our cards and that has been a good thing in a couple of local cases when one of us was no-mailed but the other person still does get mail and good offers.

At Atlantis in Reno, when my wife got no mailed I did as well.

Accounts were linked in same way as you say was Station boothling's understanding.
Just sayin.
