It looks that way. I just went to the bconnected site and the "my card score" number is the total of all my trips over the last 12 months.
 
That is the reason that as soon as I found out that they treated visitors with a 12 month earning period instead of six at their destination casinos that I changed my home casino from Sam's Town to MSS.

A.P.,  Am I right that points roll off after 12 months for non-locals, rather than after 6 months like for locals?
