If I could find George Maalouf when he's not in a drunken stupor, I'd tell him I now agree with his desire to shut down all Dotty's!<< I stopped getting anything in the mail from Dotty's a long time ago...probably from a low level of play rather than winning too much....not much of a loss to me- all I was getting was $2/month. (I find it remarkable that anybody plays at a Dotty's long enough to get lots of W-2Gs.)
