I don't understand all vp get the same amount of points for dollar in, except some places where the EV is 100% or over?
Therefore with these games JOB should be the most efficient?

If x is the percentage payback you get for your points, then BP is better than JB when
99.17 + 2x > 99.54 + x, or when x > 0.37%. 

Similarly, DDB is better than JB when x > 0.14% and DDB is better than BP when x > 0.063%.
What percent payback do you get on your points?
