I checked what I could check a couple weeks ago and it appears there is basically two options. There is IGT software, with 9-6 JoB, 8-5 BP, 9-6 DDB.
And then there is also the 888 software, with something called "Jacks-or-higher". I believe it is used by all in Delaware, and some in New Jersey. It doesn't look good. Paytable is shorted in a few spots, if I remember.
They have A LONG way to go with this.
