Fort McDowell Casino in Arizona has had 99.73% NSUDs (16,10) for many years. I believe the machines were listed in the VPFree casino database at one time but the listing was removed for some reason. But the machines have always been there in various quantities and floor locations. Today there are 4 left. The next time I go there I'll pinpoint the locations as they have been split up a bit and placed among slot machine banks.
