They could just cut off the slot club benefits of anyone whose play they didn't like. But they take the heavy handed approach and actually have security guards read the trespass act (as a first contact) and escort them off the premises.
When they do this, they also lose that person's business in the movie theater, the restaurants, the sports book, any other gambling, etc. And, of course, the business of anyone they might have brought along.
