[vpFREE] Serious warning on Belterra Casino supervisor

On Friday August 9th my wife and I were playing video poker at Belterra in Florence, IN. After she fed in a coupon with $62 she realized the machine was broken and you couldn't adjust credits bet and it was set to bet 44 credits. The cashout button also didn't work.

She called a technician who then called a supervisor that said that he would return her "two dollars" even though it displayed sixty-two dollars on the screen. The supervisor also wanted her to hit deal on the machine and waste those 44 credits first.

After she said "no you won't give me two dollars, you will return my sixty-two dollars" the supervisor said nothing. The technician came to her defense as did I and he opened the machine and returned her $62. Had it not been for an honest technician, a tough woman, and myself all calling bullshit on this supervisor Belterra would have stolen $60 from her.

If a casino can't offer an honest game then it doesn't deserve any play at all. We won't be returning to Belterra. They only have a couple of 9/6 JoB and so many of their machines are broken to boot. The nicer casinos in Michigan, like Greektown, will continue to get our future play as they have in the past.
