The rules do not say "management reserves all rights" for any reason whatsoever. It reads exactly this: "Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time without notice for any reason subject to any applicable regulatory approval." Do you seriously believe that the NJGC would allow Revel to retroactively steal $100K from a player who has earned it by following the rules of the promotion. They may be able to end the promotion at a certain point but players would still be due any accrued rebates they have earned to that point.

Silver sevens, formerly terrible's, stiffed me on their 10% table games rebate onlosses over 1k the second time I tried to collect it. They had ample reason for them not to want me to play blackjack there based on skill level whether or not I played within the rules.

I don't think this will jump to the mainstream press. I would not consider uspoker.com on the same level as the NYT, WSJ or Washington Post. I doubt this story will make it to the Huffington Post.

Everything is totally different here. But I was extremely confident that, with hundreds of different kinds of games available these days, someone would find a way to beat the cardreaders at Revel. And I was right. Whether they get the rebates is another question.
