Hi all. I've been in LV during a similar storm when the intersection
of Flamingo and the Strip was a river, water poured into the Barbary
Coast etc. I read that book, "Beneath the Neon", about the homeless
living in the storm drain system below the whole city. When I read of
a storm like this I wonder about them. Any news in the local papers
about them? If the storm came suddenly I can image a lot of deaths
among those living below the city.
