I believe they qualify for multipliers, but you will be no mailed sooner or later just like stations if you are playing exclusively 100% games. I play at both and give them just enough play to generate mailings that are disproportionate for the amount of play and not a dollar more. My offers from the two are comparable in terms of comps and free play, stations has actually been a little more generous with the free play, Boyd gives a little more food. For me playing the 100% games would produce a lower return, and this is playing quarters, although it takes more manipulation and work to achieve that than playing 100% plus games.
The two Boyd properties in town off boulder highway that are not a part of b connected actually gave me about twice the free play for the same coin in as my b connected mailer, although this is my first mailing from jokers wild. Why not play stations and Boyd if you're local?

The person at the booth swore up and down that even on the full pay machines sapphire and emerald bonus point everyday bonus still apply, and that bonus point days apply to full pay machines. Can anyone confirm this? If so that would be a huge plus! and what kind of bonus point days are possible? Also I was able to get an attendant to turn 1 of the machines to full speed, I realized after that there is a sign that said machine speed can not be changed, oops.
