Yes, an occasional $20 is less than pocket change to many folks.
$20/week OTOH not so much to too many. Suppose it's really ~$10 to $15/week after various wins.
Was an engineer on a building project and got friendly with the contractor's manager. We chatted about gambling and he pulls out a booklet on the lottery. He was printing booklets and selling them at lotto stores and on the internet. These were geared for the Massachusetts Lottery (which has an E.V. of ~70%; one of the best).
Had a somewhat convincing 5 minute spiel; including the talking point E.V. can get relatively attractive. No, he didn't learn FPVP strategy and join this group after my 5 minute presentation :-)
But selling booklets is a way to make money on lotteries.
