1.  Would I be able to find a reputable online casino in which to play video poker?  I take it Bovada is one.
  2.  Are the advantages in online video poker as good as those in brick & mortar?

  If you mean learning to play video poker at an online CASINO, I don't
  know of any such casinos, but there are several kinds of tutoring
  software available to download. Most cost a few dollars.
  
  100.05% video poker means that ON AVERAGE the games will return
  100.05% of monies wagered.
