The High Limit table game salon has a bar in it --- and that bar includes 8/5 Bonus in many denominations between 25c and $10.
While it IS at a bar (lots of high priced liquor bottles are on display), the bar rarely has a bartender there. (Cocktail waitresses will bring you what you want.) If having a bartender present is part of your definition of a bar, this one usually doesn't qualify.
