Only problem, there is only 1 person rolling a cart around the whole casino.
I was playing for over half an hour, asked cocktail waitress for some soda and cookie, she came back saying only 1 person somewhere on the other end of the casino. I clicked my service button and again half an hour, no service person, no cookie person. Complaining to slot club, they said go to the other end of the casino and look for her..... Right, chase around the casino trying to find a cookie....
Not to mention, the whole point of promo is to get the goodies while u are playing.
In 4 hours of play I spotted her once.....
Why not give cocktail waitresses cookies......???? Or vouchers for them, you pick them up somewhere?
I wonder if this is the drill for the donuts in the morning. I am never up that early.
My motto, don't have a promo if u can't deliver. And if u are going to promote something to get people to your casino, don't make it a dumb, and in this case, annoying, promo.
(Note to Palms, that cookie costs u something like 25 cents, but in negative publicity could be worth a lot more .... How about $3000 - the amount I lost at Palms this week,.....I'm gambling elsewhere next week.....after this silly but annoying promo....I'm funny that way....maybe other people are too...?)
