I've seen those machines very infrequently over the years, and I can confirm that not all holds programmed into them are perfect play holds. Most, but not all. That used to be an option available on a lot of machines, but not many had it activated. I haven't been keeping up with thy newer ones.

Since VP player errors factor into the casino theoretical win, why do some
casino's like Barona auto hold cards based on what appears to be correct
strategy (at least for JOB)? It appears that anyone can achieve perfect
strategy on these machines.
