Pretty harsh comments considering only 3 demerits the very next day.
Ellis Island was in the process of their bi-weekly kitchen clean out. The social standing(in your opinion) of customers of Ellis Island have nothing to do with the health department rating of kitchen or the coffee shop. When I visit, I see an incredibly diverse group of patrons taking advantage of the excellent food and beverage values.
