Reading the fine print:
HARRAH'S
7 star players get an annual celebration dinner worth $500. I was going to
use it for a party of 30. Was told that it's limited to 4 people. Several
times in the past I've had more than 4 people & the restaurants always took
care of it but I never read the rules.
SILVERTON
has a current promotion that gives you food credit in the following
amounts:
250 pts = $10
500 pts = $20
1000 pts = $40
$1 play = 1 pt
The screen on the machine tells you about the promotion but does not tell
you about the restrictions. When I tried to use $40 for dine in with a
friend & a sandwich take-out I learned the rules:
--- only 2 entrees can be ordered
--- no take-out
--- the rules are on the back of the coupon
We protested that you don't know the rules until after you get the
coupon.**
CASINO ROYALE
has brought back the video poker coupons for those who play enough to
establish themselves for the quarterly mailer.
I'm guessing that's 100,000 pts which is $10 in comps or free play.
**PEPPERMILL in Reno often did this with their coupons by offering dining
freebies which weren't really free due to restrictions printed on coupon.
