We were in New Orleans in October and they would only give the $500 "celebration" dinner for in casino restaurants on a 1 to 1 - other parter restaurants were 2 for 1 - a $250 vaucher was givien for partner restaurants.

Every time I have gotten the annual dinner I just get a printed voucher for $500 made out to one of the "partner resturants" (this is in NOLA), and I use it to pay the bill. The number of people never seems to matter. I haven't tried to feed 30 people, but I've had plenty of 7* annual dinners with 5 or 6.
