Similar occurence happened at Fiesta Henderson, many years ago.
The player was dealt four to a Royal and hit that Royal on ALL lines.
The machine locked up and the casino employees were tyring to decide IF they were going to pay her the DEALT ROYAL or not. Since the placard said, ALL,(not dealt) same as yours did, they DID end up giving her the dealt Royal rather than the sum of the 3 individual progressive jackpots.
1/47*1/47*1/47= 1/103,823 should be the chances of getting that Royal on all three lines.
You have a 1/47 chance of getting that card each time.
