Closed out a very satisfying weekend on the Gulf with a 2 am checkout today, anxious to beat the traffic and rain in returning home to Marietta. (MS casinos were later forced to close at 10 am by the state gaming authorities.)
A nicely profitable weekend (two $1 RF's; net wins at 3 out of 4 casinos played, a slim loss at the 4th ... and I'm still in the running for the $1200 "consolation" FP at Harrah's for no w-2 in 3rd quarter). In my haste to get on the road I did a rare cash & run of FP (available at midnight), doubling $200 to $400 in playing it through once.
It's good to be home. No rest for the wicked, though ... I have 3 days to get caught up and then we're on a 5p flight Friday to Reno for the weekend!
