NOT optimal play machines at all, 2011 was dismal as I hit NOTHING that entire year. Yet in Oct. 2011, I was excluded due to my win a year earlier, even though I lost most of it back chasing those same progessives the following year. I asked the head "guy," (who said I was not a profitable player for the casino), how can I not be profitable for the casino, when I am losing 1000's of dollars in 2011?

I don't blame you for sounding pissed off, sounds kinda nitty of Stations to have a "hidden" policy like that. It doesn't sound right that you can give them all that action, expecting to be rewarded later on, but get surprised by being no-mailed just for not losing enough. That's a lousy policy.
Can I ask you what were some of the typical dollar progressives you hit in your good year? What were some of the base games? Were they 9-6 JoBs? 8-5 BPs? Or some lower schedules, like 7-5 BP or 9-6 DB?
