Bob - I don't think there's even a hint of me complaining about things getting burned out in my message.....I simply stated that it is going to happen if a great play - even in the form of a question - gets posted to vpfree. Which happens to be essentially the same thing you just stated in your reply. Note also that I wasn't even replying to your message, my reply was to the original poster. I can understand though if you're a little overly sensitive to these boards after getting blamed for every bad thing that's happened to video poker over the past ten years.
My point again, quite simply, to anyone who thinks they may have found a great promotion but aren't sure of the details…..is that there are two possible outcomes if you post it on vpfree. 1) There is some type of limitation (such as a maximum) that you will find out which makes it not such a great promotion. 2) It actually IS a great promotion, but it's going to get burned down before you get there. PERIOD. There is no 3) People will check it out for you and you will get to play it next time you're in town.

That is a fact of life --- which was why I was on the road to Primm soon after I read the post. When certain things become public, you snooze you lose. You can complain about things getting burned out all you want. But the smarter action is to take advantage when you see it and let the others complain later. In this case the people who waited got a post saying "don't waste the time and gas." That's actually valuable information --- although if you're in the mood to complain about "others" burning out plays you might not appreciate the value of that information.
