Also some sort of once a year special spa comp, maybe $400 or more (not sure on that). No one told us! I was just at spa earlier in day and used up comps.

What difference does it make ? All I read about are these numerous screw ups, cut backs, in many cases poorly run affairs and still many board members continue to patronize even to the tune of 7*. Why do you do this ? And why wouldn't they continue this policy if many customers still play in their casinos ?
A few years ago, in discussing the leaner economic times with a suit at the Borg, he said to me "..what we know we will always have is a group of players who will come to us no matter what we cut back on..this is the group we will get our money from.."
