I was rejected for the Palms promo despite the management change and 3 years of inactivity. Regarding the Trop, it's hard to tell. I was OK'd and my girlfriend was denied, despite both of us having 3 years of inactivity.

You might get new promotions from places that have changed ownership like the Trop or LVH, but places that have been the same for a while aren't going to give you much!
