Bob, a suggestion for a future show. How about Arnold Snyder discussing his book The Poker Tournament Formula. This book gives Arnold's take on how to beat the low buy-in, fast structured, daily poker tournaments in Las Vegas. There are at least dozens of these tournaments everyday in Vegas.
5 or six years ago I took a look at these low buy-in tournaments as a way to propel oneself into the higher buy-in events. The problem I seen was the 18% to 25% juice it cost to play. That's a lot of juice to overcome. I'm wondering what kind of success Arnold and other's had with it.
