Around here, there are some 'extreme' couponers....and they can literally clean off the shelves of a specific item. Of course, the next weekend they have a 'yard sale' and have 20 sticks of deoderant, 20 bottles of dish detergent, etc. It's gotten so bad, some people stop even trying to use coupons as the stores are usually out of the items. I'm not sure if anyone has been banned, but I could see it happening.

I actually read an article that mentioned a grocery store manager had banned or limited the shopping of some extreme couponers. Supposedly this has happened in a few states. So I guess anything is possible.
