The very first night of the game, I was at Harrahs Reno and the TR people looked at me as if I had two heads when I asked them about a the game, the kiosk and a bonus code.. I have not been back yet... However, I have a feeling Harrahs will end up having some extreme regrets from this game, somewhere on the level of the Treasure Hunt... The only possible salvation for Harrahs is that a majority of prizes are Reward Credits, which have little actual "cost" for them.. (unlike if they were on the hook for glitches that gave out all Best Buy cards per se...)

Though it seems it is easier to get game pieces when playing with the iPad,
I had several come and then not appear on my GameBoard. I emailed TR and
got the following response, which seems to indicate you need to play with
Internet Explorer - so maybe the game isn't working with the iPad or AOL??
Also a host told me that the kiosks were not working nationwide. Can
anyone report they are now working?
Sounds like this game was put out well before it was ready -- yet everyone,
and I mean everyone, at Harrah's Laughlin had ribbons promoting this game.
Though the Total Rewards department had no clue as to how to play.

When the game is back on line, please remember the following helpful
information:
- Bonus Game Codes: Although you can only enter 10 codes per day, we have
over 30 Facebook pages where you can find codes to use.
- Multiple Users: We have found that in order for two account holders to
play the online game, you will need to delete the cookies on your browser to
allow the second Total Rewards number to be recognized. On your browser,
open up your Internet Options and then click on delete where it talks about
cookies.
- Browser & Adobe Flash Player: Please make sure you have the current
versions of Internet Explorer (version 7+) and Adobe Flash Player. These are
necessary for the game to work correctly.
- Creating a Total Rewards Account: The reason you need to create an
online account is because some of the prizes within the promotion include Total
Reward Credits. We will need the game to associate with your Total Rewards
number to allow us to make the adjustment if you win Reward Credits..
- Apple Products: Do not run Adobe Flash player which is needed to play
the game. However, phones such as Android are good to go!
- Mobile Devices: As far as Facebook codes, most mobile devices will not
disclose all page information and you will need to be on a computer to
locate the Escape to Total Rewards link on each page. You will find the link to
the left of the page under the profile picture.
