That's a good question on a property that is diamond friendly.
We did 7* last year and their offers have been terrible. Used to be $400 enticements now under $100. All in less than 2 years. Times have changed for 7* rated. I don't know about first level diamonds. Was third level "secret rated" diamond in 2009-2010.
The november "seven stars insider" newsletter is a good read. Having to travel outside of Nevada to do diamond - sigh.
