I've always wondered about this. Sure, I've heard the same thing about no 100% machines being allowed by law, but I've never seen such a law in print, and I've always wonder wtf do they care? Why would anyone, any legislator, or anyone with any input as to the pending legislation, be concerned about 100% games? As far as that goes, why would they even know about it? I just can't picture a bunch of legislators sitting around and discussing, "Hey, yeah, let's go ahead and authorize this casino, but none of those full pay deuces games, we're not going to have any of that nonsense." Why would the issue even come up?
