I've never had any problem, at least thru September, just walking up to the Norwegian casino bar, showing my card, and getting any drink I wanted.
Possibly that changed in a month or so, or perhaps they're doing Bob a health-wise favor. I understand that that water stuff can get you all rusty inside. ; )
