Here are the new rules: http://www.stationcasinos.com/pdf/allnewbp_rules.pdf
Everything is pretty self explanatory except it doesn't address "status credits" which count towards your tier. This is actually explained in the brochure which can be found at the Rewards Center when you pick up your new card. For VP, $1 = 1 status credit so 3x points don't get you any faster to the next tier, unfortunately.
I really hope the multipliers we get in the mailers are decent! I'm trying to grind up to Platinum this weekend (halfway there.) If my bankroll hasn't busted I'll try and get President by the end of next month.
