If, as you say, there is no such thing as over-tipping, then
you are claiming (correctly I believe) that the amount to tip
is SUBJECTIVE and a matter of personal preference.
But then turn around and accuse someone of being a "cheap ass"
for (presumably) under-tipping.
You cannot have it both ways.
