VP is still terrible. 9/6 double bonus, etc. They have decent Craps -- usually low limit (often $5 during the day and on weeknights), with 5X odds. They have Crapless Craps as well. Blackjack is pretty standard. Six deck, I think. 3:2 blackjack. Dealer hits soft 17. Dealers and staff are generally very friendly, and there's a local feel to the place, as there are many loyal, repeat players. Decent poker room, from what I hear.
Diamond Lounge is limited to players with 50k + points, although contacting a host may get you a courtesy pass if you're below this level. You pay for drinks (and they're not cheap) everywhere, including the lounge -- provincial law.
The hotel towers and casino are very nice. The city of Windsor doesn't have a lot to offer, but if the weather is good the riverside area has nice parks. Great view of Detroit. There's more happening on the US side, in my opinion.
