they just sell junk books.
the website has tons of gambling and slot-related content, but the content has actually been cut and pasted from other sources. for instance, the featured article on that page has been lifted - without attribution - from an april, 2006 new york times article:

all the other content has been "scraped" from other sources as well in a misguided attempt by the website to appear legitimate to search engine spiders and gain high rankings for certain search terms.
