Thanks Mike--I just KNEW there was a reason they couldn't figure me out! If I start off with a "real" drink I'll usually follow it up with diet cokes before I have another. But I keep my original straw for all the drinks since I already went thru the process of thoroughly wiping it down, after watching how the bartenders grab those straws with their unwashed hands by the tips that our mouths go on.
