I've received offers for cruises on NCL even though I'm no where close to 7
Star. I put through around 30K daily on trips to Harrah's properties,
pretty much exclusively on video poker, and I've usually done a couple a
year. I have not taken advantage of any of the cruise offers, though. I did
receive an offer for a European cruise for two - choice of eastern or
western Mediterranean that looked very nice, but had already made commitments
for the summer and fall so could not take advantage of it. Someone else
mentioned making their trip arrangements through the Harrah's/Caesars office in
Mystic, CT. In the past couple of years, I have booked all my trips
through them. I've been told by a rep that if I'm interested in a cruise to let
them know - they have sent my offers for Bermuda in the past and a couple
that were Caribbean ones. I guess I'm saying that offers are forthcoming
even if you're not 7 Star.

Another note about the cruises: I've read all over the web that people get
free cruises for booking a trip to, say, Tunica - but I just can't imagine
them continuing to send these offers if I never gamble on the ship. Does
anyone know who these offers are funded by? CAS/NCL or Harrah's? I'm sort of
suspecting that I'll be offered these in the beginning, but they'll peter
out when they realize I don't gamble onboard. Still, even one 'free' cruise
a year is awesome.
