Tell the "M" management to take a walk down the street to the Southpoint. Tell them to look at the crowds of players and then to look at the machine mix and copy it.
No machines with a base game over %100, but a ton of games over %99.
With a nicer casino and better restaurants they would pull some customers away from the Southpoint.
The trouble with the "M" is that they opened with games that were too good and got burnt.
They overreacted too far in the other direction and lost a lot of players. Southpoint has a good balance and gets a lot of players.
