LVA Question of the Day - 26 MAY 2011
Q: It's been years since the dealers at Wynn Las Vegas and
Caesars voted for union representation, yet no contract has
been signed. Can it possibly take years to negotiate a
contract if both sides are acting in good faith? Is there
any chance of the government stepping in and forcing both
sides into binding arbitration? Any information on the
progress, or lack thereof, would be appreciated.
