I think all but the truly deluded (and those selling books/software!) have accepted that.
That still does not excuse people playing negative games being frog marched out of a casino by uniformed rent a cops for the "crime" of using a coupon they themselves put in the city's only daily paper. Nauseating. All they had to do was close the players accounts and stop their welfare checks. No need for these sickening in your face confrontations.
