In addition to what Tom told you, I also implemented the following methods
of catching thieves when I worked for him as manger.
I had one employee that was unknown to the others, that I used strictly for
internal security. I employed trap situations where the players could steal
easily, and waited to see if they would take the bait.
Once I had a very talented player lose $110 on 50 pulls of a 2-coin dollar.
Our players during my brief period of management were mostly very honest. I
only had to fire 3, in however long I was manager.
