I understand what your saying. Two years ago, I was staying at the Palazzo with my wife. One night I noticed a guy playing two $2 9/6 Jacks machines at the same time. He was sitting in the middle of the two machines and playing one with his right hand and one with his left hand. He looked like a concert pianist fluidly playing both machines at the same time. I was so impressed that I found my wife and told her to come look see. The guy just kept playing effortlessly. Three hours later, I went back to the same area and he was still there, playing at the same speed without missing a beat. I really would like to know who this person is. I've never seen anything like it since. As for myself, I usually average about 800 hands per hour, if I want to, without to much effort. I can play up to 1200 hph on the computer with minimal mistakes. Bathroom breaks will take this total down.
