We got this same offer and have a question.  "Earning xxx tier points" – is that base points or does that include the regular bonus, i.e., earn 5K and get 10K bonus?

We both received opt-in e-mails for a promo where we can earn a $10K tier bonus for next year. This is the offer, except X,XXX is replaced with our specific earning goal:

The earnings goals were very specific amounts that equated to 27.9% of our current tier score for 2017.
 
It is an unreasonable goal, since we would need to to earn at more than twice our normal rate tier rate in December to hit our goal.
 
Also, neither of us received any December monthly mailer for any AC CZR property, and we have no December offers categorized as cash offers on the online TR offers page. We have consistently received mailers and cash offers (FSP) for AC properties for many months. This is a rather abrupt change. Also, we have received December mailers and cash offers for other CZR properties outside of NJ.
