In a tournament I wouldn't hesitate for a second to make those two moves. I'd also break up 4 of a kind to go for 4 deuces if the 4 of a kind had 2 deuces.

NOTI: Also, under the Kelly system, you'd need a fairly hefty bankroll before you'd consider breaking a pat wild royal for a draw at a natural royal.

One more comment: If it were tournament play, I would seriously consider holding the RF4 over the wild royal. Might even be tempted to hold 222 if dealt a three-deuce wild royal!
